Pros
Experienced leadership team, great coworkers, good benefits, interesting work, overall a good environment with good people. Also, company has been high growth, so there are more career opportunities than some other small, but not so fast growing companies
Cons
Downtown Boston office can be a tough commute if you don't live on the train routes and parking isn't paid for, although there is a tax-free benefit
