Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. I appreciate your view point here and know how stressful and difficult it is to separate from an employer. I am very disappointed that your experience wasn’t more inline with what we typically see with our staff. Feedback and supporting our employees continuous improvement is the underlying foundation that Customer Care is built on. Your advice to not look at employees as a means to an end is not only noted, it’s a core part of our leadership strategy. We do our best to put the right people in the right roles and provide the supporting structure to help them be successful. Without our employees, we would absolutely fail and for that reason and the fact that it is just the right thing to do, we value our employees and build our business around them.
