Pros

Decent benefits, free food, "unlimited" PTO, some really awesome coworkers.

Cons

Lack of communication across departments. Most departments are working for themselves instead of the company. There's a lot of finger-pointing when something goes wrong but no meaningful, long-term changes ever come as a result. Most ICs are not valued as employees and are seen as replaceable. When a management position is open, the most senior IC tends to get promoted to fill it without consideration for whether it's a good fit for that person. Every director or above plays favorites and if you're not a favorite you'll probably be shown the door. The HR department is absolutely useless. Take all of the review replies with a grain of salt. When I was there, my concerns were consistently either dismissed or turned around to imply a deficiency on my part (basically it was insinuated that I didn't know what I was talking about). An HR director literally told me at one point that it "isn't [my manager's] job to address any concerns I have" and that I should be "thankful" that he was even available to hear me out (although nothing got better). If you're in any sort of technical role, be prepared to be severely underpaid. And if you mention this to HR, be prepared to be told that you don't understand market value. Everyone I know who left (myself included) did so for a salary increase of between 30% and 50%.
