Tediously micromanaging overhead, smug attitudes from managers, only focus is on making numbers. Schedules demand mandatory overtime and early arrival. Training for company policy compliance is rushed and does not cover all company policies. Management is not focused, nor effective. Room for career advancement is severely limited. When Carbonite was in need of program developers, they ignored current talent existing within their own workforce. Promotion to management is on an inclusive buddy system.
