Pros
Skilled and intelligent colleagues Efforts to create a pleasant and comfortable office environment. Reasonably frequent company meetings to keep everyone informed about new developments and decisions.
Cons
On-going unreasonably high turn-over. Can't manage to hire enough good people after many either get fired or leave disgruntled, no matter how skilled - sends the wrong message to current and future employees. Politics, subjective criteria for who is doing well based on uninformed personal oppinions, favoritism.
