      Pros

      Working Remote, the work itself was fun.

      Cons

      Communication with management is terrible. TLs do not have any people skills. Recruiter will sell you pipedreams about this company. Don't believe it? Turnover rate is ridiculous due to the people they hire as managers. Upper management gives you the " mmm right" responses when you voice your concerns.

      None whatsoever . I thought long and hard and couldn’t think of anything.

      Cons

      Low integrity, low morals, low values. allows predatory behavior from their subsidiary companies. Birds of a feather flock together. Would not recommend Partnerships or any business dealings with Cardworks, Merrick Bank or OLLO Card Services. The entire board of directors should be questioned.
