Pros
Co-workers were helpful. If you don't mind working nights and weekends this is a good opportunity. Additionally, you receive 10% of your hourly pay working anytime within 6pm & 6am as well as weekends. There used to be plenty of overtime, not sure if that still applies.
Cons
My shift was 6pm-4:45am so I received the additional 10%, however, that is NOT reflected when you take vacation or sick time or PTO . Everything is calculated at your base pay regardless. Everything is timed, you get your meal, two 10min breaks and 7min personal time per shift. If you need to use the restroom, hope it's empty and clean.
