      Some employee benefits such as PTO could be improved. However, I am able to obtain a great work-life balance with the time off that is provided between PTO, holidays and sick time

      Pros

      None whatsoever . I thought long and hard and couldn’t think of anything.

      Cons

      Low integrity, low morals, low values. allows predatory behavior from their subsidiary companies. Birds of a feather flock together. Would not recommend Partnerships or any business dealings with Cardworks, Merrick Bank or OLLO Card Services. The entire board of directors should be questioned.
