      No formal training. HR/Leadership does nothing to address subpar directors and leadership concerns. The company is currently laying people off due to poor leadership.

      None whatsoever . I thought long and hard and couldn’t think of anything.

      Cons

      Low integrity, low morals, low values. allows predatory behavior from their subsidiary companies. Birds of a feather flock together. Would not recommend Partnerships or any business dealings with Cardworks, Merrick Bank or OLLO Card Services. The entire board of directors should be questioned.
