A lot of work for very bad pay - Anonymous employee Cardenas Markets Employee Review

I worked here for more than 7 years and after numerous raises and promotions I was making $2 more than minimum wage. At the rate I was going the minimum wage was going to catch me and surpass me. There is a lot of Cardenas family working there and usually anybody related to them get the higher positions regardless of experience. A lot is expected from you in terms of responsibilities and work.
