Horrible Management - Anonymous employee Cardenas Markets Employee Review

Upper management has no clue. They don't plan very well. They will wait until the equipment is completely run down before considering a replacement and then will look for refurbished instead of brand new equipment. Very bad pay and even worse pay raises.
