The coworkers can be very supportive and get very close

Cons

Back when it belonged to the Cardenas family there was compassion. Their profits are insane but they pay their employees low wages and the managers are overworked. You are expected to work 6 days per week during seasonal periods, WITHOUT GETTING OVERTIME (so 6 , 6 hour days) managers also get 1 day off
