Pros

Working with Cardinal Group for the past two years has been an incredible experience. As an Area Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in an environment that truly values its people. The level of support from leadership is unmatched — they genuinely invest in your success and give you the tools, trust, and autonomy to excel. Cardinal’s culture of inclusivity and collaboration stands out. Everyone’s voice matters, and there’s a real sense of belonging across all levels of the organization. I’ve had the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry, take on new challenges, and see my teams thrive under a company that prioritizes both results and people.

Cons

I have experienced no cons.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
