Collaboration across departments is encouraged, and I always felt that my ideas and contributions were valued. One thing that really stands out is the culture. People are supportive, approachable and willing to help one another succeed. Whether I was working on-site or remote, I consistently found leaders who cared about developing their teams rather than simply managing them. The company also embraces innovation and is willing to evolve, making it an exciting place for people who enjoy problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, and adapting to change is part of the job. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved during periods of rapid change, but leadership has generally been receptive to feedback and continues working to improve processes.
