Pros

Commissions are nice. This is a good company to work for if you're interested in transferring to other properties later on in new areas of the US.

Cons

The company has a lot of potential but falls short with a lot of things. They pride themselves with "cardinal culture" but a lot of the employees do not actually follow the core values. HR is a joke, you can complain about an hostile harassment issue until you're blue in the face and nothing will be done. My last day, the CM stated that she wanted to "slap me across the face" when I did not even interact with her at all that day. This doesn't follow any of the core values at all, but I knew after going to HR 3 times, that nothing would be done. Lastly, Cardinal also "prides" themselves on promoting growth and hiring within but that is hardly the case. You could work there for 4 years and not get a promotion while having the necessary qualifications but yet someone who's been there less than a year can be promoted. Things are not consistent and it is sad how loyal workers are treated like they don't matter.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
