Pros
Great health benefits. Great opportunity to make additional money. Always opportunity to be promoted. 90% of promotions do require you to move to a different state. Good work culture. Time passes extremely fast and making a difference in a resident's life is awesome.
Cons
HQ decisions and PM's (portfolio manager) change policies quite often and it effects the day to day operations. Must adapt to a ton of change and often. The hiring aptitude test seems to be challenging because you are often low on team members. Must be able to multitask and work more than your job description. Too many managers and not enough workers. Managers are always pressed for time and have difficulty finding the time to guide the team.
