Pros

After working with a few different property management companies, I was surprised to learn that Cardinal actually practices what they preach. The culture, the people and the experiences I've had really elevate them to the next level. Each person, on site or at HQ, wants you to do well! They have built avenues for you to achieve your goal within the company and outside. Each cell is like a family. I can reach out to any other community manager with questions or my APM or PM. The encouragement given is also unlike other communities. The badges, dashboard and other tools provided create that positive environment as well

Cons

My only "con" was the Initial On-boarding Training. I did begin the position/job during Turn so the timing was hectic and scattered. There was little to no onsite training for me and it left me feeling uneasy when a report was due or a certain Cardinal procedures were completed. I believe they've changed the format for this since my arrival.

Love the feedback about onboarding. Just because it was turn, doesn't mean there's not an opportunity to give you the tools and resources you need to hit the ground running and be a part of the larger organization. We're taking your comments to heart and are hard at work to make sure we do the right thing... every time.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
