Pros

Great company environment! Fair, honest and trustworthy corporate employee make the on-site staffers job's easier to navigate. Our regionals are very helpful and always very involved. Corporate always sends informative emails almost daily, coming from HR to the CEO, and I've never seen that at a company before, which makes it feel like the higher ups do care what's going on in the company.

Cons

I haven't found any cons to list!

Really appreciate your input and excitement. You've touched on something that the Training team, along with the Group Facility Managers are looking to roll out here beginning in the Summer. Without spilling the beans too much, the maintenance teams are going to be able to get certifications and a career path leading into operations, construction, and finance. Think you are going to like what you're going to see.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
