While company encourages work/life balance, it can be difficult to get all the tasks done in the typical day. However, there is a huge support structure to get you through this.
Cardinal Group Companies Response

The growth the industry has had over the last few years let alone that of Cardinal as an organization has definitely created challenges to the work-life balance. Additionally, in some cases, TMs actually work at their homes as managers and on-site team members. Where that line is drawn in our day to day is something that I think we will be exploring for years to come. Through your voice and the will to use it, I think we can continue as an organization to constantly pivot and hopefully find that right balance.
