Pros

This is truly the first company i've ever worked for that you will be rewarded for doing the right thing every time. I love the open door policy, we are able to have a conversation with any of the top folks. Over all i have found the company I will grow my career with.

Cons

With the level of integrity that comes from the top down, it is sometimes hard to maintain a healthy work/home life. Though to this point every problem or concern i have had has been met with the best possible solution.

It's an interesting concept to separate the MTL and CM. You are absolutely right in that they are both the leaders of teams who's tasks vary from each other. There's the case to be made though that division on-site could potentially cause the joint product towards which both managers work to suffer. Regardless, there's a lot of validity to letting leaders lead. Thank you for vocalizing your idea!

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
