      Really really good point here. In practice, the performance review has at best been lackluster and know that your voice here has been heard and is actionable. Our HR team has been drafting up a revamped review process which will be administered by your team lead through UltiPro. In the meantime, it's completely appropriate for you to ask you team lead to complete the existing performance review workflow.       Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
