      Great team members and manager. The company has a wide reach, and there are a lot of opportunities to move up or move around to gain more experience. And It's a wonderful company for junior beginners and who want to take their digital marketing career to a level up. Work-Life Balance, Provide all required hardware for remote employees, Great work culture, 2 paid breaks in a day.

      Cons

      Basic ad agency amount of work, People from no agency background might feel more extra workload.

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
