      Pros

      Cardinal has tons of opportunity for growth which is great. The compensation is reasonable for what the job description is. The 3 west campus properties in Austin are very beautiful buildings.

      Cons

      You won't be able to request time off in August, but that is to be expected at any student housing community.

      Pros

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
