Pros

They are very focused on providing opportunities for further education and to be promoted within the company.

Cons

They suffer from the typical middle-management stuff - too many people getting hired for unnecessary positions that only serve to create more work for the on-site teams. It eventually became that all day every day was taken up with reports and meetings rather than being able to actually take the time to properly run the property.

You are well on to the crux of modern business. Who has the ability, and therefore the responsibility to add into the culture each day vs be a potential roadblock? I'm hoping that you'll see the upcoming automation - specifically in reporting is going to help cut your time and give you back the ability to lead from behind and then utilize members of the cell teams to help you realize your goals. I can't thank you enough for pausing to leave your thoughts here and remain hopeful we'll earn that 5th star from you soon.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
