Coming from another large management company, I have been so impressed by the resources Cardinal has for their employees. The structure is great and there is lots of support which my previous management company lacked.
Cons
The only con I have is that the company is so large it lacks a level of interpersonal communication. My previous company held company wide trainings that were engaging with prizes, Kahoots, etc., which I would like to see Cardinal get into.
Cardinal Group Companies Response

Love that you took the time here to help show others what life is like at Cardinal. It really does help to illustrate where we are and where, through voices like yours, we should be heading. Interpersonal communication is going to be the name of the game in 2022, and I'm hoping that through the planning we have coming up, we'll earn that 5th star from you.
