      The culture embraces change and new ideas. Team members are celebrated regularly. People listen to onsite feedback to improve operations. Support, Support, Support. (There's so much of it.) Great PTO benefits. Room to grow where you want.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance (all across the industry) Cell model vs. Regional model can make you feel disconnected.

      I can't imagine encapsulating all that we hope to provide for everyone who chooses property management as a career in a better, more succinct way.       I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
