Pros

The pay is decent and you get commission

Cons

property managers chose favorites and will turn a blind eye to the problems that may arise in the office setting. Also, when their own employees can't qualify to live their own you know its a problem. 8 an hour is barely above minimum wage and with todays rising prices its hard to even live.

You raise some very fair points and first and foremost I want you to know that your voice is heard. Our P&C team is hard at work providing pay bands by position in each State, city, and market to ensure that compensation falls in line with the needs of each of our over 2000 team members in each market across the country. The goal is to have the pay bands that reflect today's changing times in front of the clients to have budgets approved by the beginning of the year. Until then, keep using your voice and help us to be the best place to work for anyone anywhere. Here's hoping that as we move quickly in terms of responding to the changing economy we can earn the fourth and fifth star from you.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
