      Pros

      The company despite all the changes that are in our industry and in our culture, they stay true to the core values that have centered them since day one. I go to work every day knowing that there are people at all levels of this company working hard and focused on a central mission of doing the right thing and being humble for our residents and our clients.

      Cons

      Change happens fast, what Cardinal looked like 2 years ago is not the same company today.

      Having and knowing your back is had is the too often understated key to large scale success. I completely agree that the solution to any problem can be found through the conversation with those who are experiencing it the most.       I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
