Cardinal Group is a wonderful place to work that wants their team members to feel a part of the bigger goal, contribute ideas and change the industry. Constantly working to do the little things to ensure our on-site teams feel special such as notes, gchats from directors and executives as well as making the effort to get out and help with the nitty gritty. I've worked in the industry over 10 years and appreciate even our directors are willing to help with turn and problem solved next to you. While acknowledging team members who continue to elevate the standard.
Also a major win for me has been the attention to clients needs while ensuring to navigate boundaries to ensure the integrity of the communities and value of our knowledge as industry experts is seen.
Cons
Like many companies the challenges of role outs and training in a fast paced environment but I do feel executives listen to feedback to ensure changes occur in a reasonable time.

As if the PM role wasn't hard enough! You are the interface between the people and the business and judging from what you have to say here, you are CRUSHING it. Being such a young industry, it's often hard to show the comparative from where the industry was to where it is today and think even further beyond. You did a wonderful job here in making that point.
