Pros

Being able to provide for a lot of other people and give back to the residential community is a very rewarding environment and work experience that I truly love and enjoy! The Team all works to build one another up and contribute towards the residents, it’s an awesome ecosystem built across the entire company as a whole where accountability and relying on others is greatly cherished from everyone who works for the establishment! Without being apart of the Company I don’t know where I’d be in life without them!

Cons

No complaints or negative aspects at all. If you are having a problem, management and my Team is always there for me when I need them!

Pros

This company is deeply committed to its culture and consistently lives out its core values. It is a truly inclusive environment that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit—a rare find in today's market. If you are looking for a career defined by growth and genuine opportunity, I highly recommend joining this team.

Cons

No company will check every single box, but it’s ultimately about finding alignment between what you're looking for and what you contribute. At this company, you truly get back everything you put into it; it’s a place that rewards initiative and rewards those who are ready to dive in.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
