1yYou touch on a point around lateral moves here that's very prescient for the industry as a whole. On it's surface, a lateral move may not fall into the perceived norm in business. Unlike most businesses though, what we do is uniquely people facing and when you think about the experiences needed by those people, that's where what seems like a lateral move is in fact a rocket ship upwards.
