      Pros

      cardinal has a great work environment and really cares about their employees. They surround you with great people that like to encourage you towards higher achievements.

      Cons

      The lack of benefits and the lack in pay is off-putting at times. Compared to other companies, cardinal's benefits are not as nice. I wish they would reflect the job we do here.

      Pros

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
