1yOur roles in multifamily are like none other. We are directly responsible for the happiness and safety of hundreds of thousands of people and by extension, the people they care about. That's the job and it sometimes comes at our own expense. Trust me, I've been there and know what you mean. Together however, we have the opportunity to lift each other up. It takes us thinking through our experiences and matching it with our hopes, then voicing that at every turn, tempered with adjusting to change.
