Pros

If you have a strong Portfolio Manager and a good ownership group, you’ll enjoy it here. Pay is set by your ownership. Benefits are decent (not including PTO). We have access to a wealth of systems and vendors.

Cons

Executive leadership is very concerning. Our portfolio manager leadership seems super overworked which makes me think the executive team isn’t supporting them which inevitably trickles down. The culture is starting to falter a bit because everyone is becoming increasingly exhausted. We get 14 days of PTO which is better than other companies but it’s not good. We talk a lot about bringing our best selves to work but it’s tough when I never get to rest and I don’t get any sick time. Because we do so much 3rd party managed work, we sometimes get a bad reputation because we have some tough communities that lack funding and support.

Your advice here is thoughtful, measured, and impactful and I truly appreciate your leaving it here. It's not the easiest thing to hear, but necessary so again, thank you.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
