      Pros

      Everyone is nice. They purchased our property and asked what we would like to see done to it , no matter how big or small. They spent the money to repair ther larger issues the property was having.

      Cons

      It can be a hassle to get vendors approved. They tend to use national vendors at a greater cost.

      Great Review and great insight about the value and economy of scale disparity between local and national vendors. All aside though, I can't tell you how appreciative we all are that you used open and honest communications to affect positive change for you and your residents.

      Pros

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
