No Vacation in the Summer, working 2 months straight with no days off. Bad upper management. I tried to get help and was always ignored. Zero training and they do not pay vendors.

Student turn, or the timebetween the current year's residents moving out and prepping for the new residents to move in is arguably one of the most stressful things our industry tackles each year. As the leader of more than one community, it's even tougher on the manager. Here's hoping though that as time moves forward, you can look to your team to reciprocate the support you give.

- Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager
- CYA mentality
- High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals
- When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
