Pros
PTO and benefits are good. People work hard. Opportunities for travel in many jobs.
Cons
Poor top down communication. A lack of innovative spirit fueled by the "One Cardinal Health" attitude flowing down to folks in acquired companies. A lack of integration between divisions. Few opportunities for career growth in many areas due to geographic dispersion of field based employees. Bonus and incentive pay has been taken away since 2004.
