Pros
The place is owned by two brilliant guys who also teach at the university. Occasionally, one of them gives a course on a technical subject Highly skilled employees who bring a vast experience base to the organization. They are a small company but provide the perks of large companies - food: Bagel Tuesday; Friday catered lunch; occasional holiday event dinner. They have a book club in which the company provides the books. Not talking fiction - cover topics such as Rust, and Yocto that any uber-geek such as myself would enjoy. They float you between contracts and provide you with interesting things to do between them. They see grey hair as an asset and have a very diverse staff.
Cons
This is a contract shop. You will be exposed to many different technologies that you will either know everything about or need to come up to speed fast. You will be learning a lot of different things. Some people don't like that.
