      Pros

      The people (non-management), against all odds, are fantastic. Although a consulting firm, Cardinal does a good job of keeping employees engaged with the company and each other. Training and education are encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      Still a very cliquish organization with some very obvious favorites getting all of the credit. Consultants who are the least actively engaged with clients are, ironically, the ones most visible to management. Compensation is laughable.
