      Pros

      Started off with good benefits. A lot of great coworkers. Fully remote with paid holidays and winter shutdown.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth. When they do post leadership roles, they hire people with no experience or education. Feedback is not absorbed or appreciated. Can't get a job outside of this company because I feel like it is not legitimate research experience.

      Pay is good, some of the people are ok.

      Cons

      Horrible treatment of employees no support no thanks no training. Management plays the blame game hires people paying them salary and then fire them without notice.
