Everything else in the recruitment department. The so called leader micro-manages everyone to the point of insanity, does not set her team up for success, and has a high rate of turnover. It is her way or no way. I believe the company itself has many dedicated people and their mission is fantastic. However, their so called leader is manipulative, is open about her favorites, and a very poor leader.
