Pros
The company seems like it wants to do good and is working towards improving. Fully remote setting is good for work/life balance. Very fair compensation, PTO, and benefits.
Cons
Had a very high-up HR leader state multiple times that they do not have the time to read emails to understand a situation at hand, but will cast judgement without fully understanding a set of circumstances. Employees can get terminated for not responding to emails or having proper communication, yet senior leaders will blatantly say they're not going to read through emails is highly unprofessional. Manager stated I was not a good fit for the team despite positive feedback from stakeholders and partners, and lack of performance or conduct issues. This rift lead to departure from the company. This made me feel as if I just didn't fit their demographic. After my last day passed, I needed to ask to be offboarded, paid out PTO that was owed to me, and request for equipment return instructions and shipping labels.
