Pros
Work from home and health benefits are clearly the only pro’s
Cons
Where To start… read your offer letter word by word before signing!!! They will tell you during your interview you will get commission when in reality it is a Bonus and with that it can be decided to be given to you or not the day before it is to be deposited into your account, also do not expect the amount you were told, always expect either way less or nothing at all. Also metrics and goals are changed at the end of the quarter right when the bonus is due making it merely impossible to achieve , this is another excuse for you not to get your bonuses. There is apparent favoritism in the company when it comes to who gets better leads and districts while everyone else scrambles to try to make goals for end of quarter. There’s cheating, dishonesty, allowances of an employee to be a medical professional without proper documentation or licensing. I would believe this to be a liability to the company. Management has written up others for bringing this truth to light. The department is run on a fear management style making it a toxic work environment! There is also incompetency of communication between higher ups and managers to the rest of the employees leaving us in state of assumptions and unsettledness.
