Stay far away - Operations Care Access Employee Review

I don’t even know where to begin. This company is a sinking ship…and it is sinking fast. Things started off good, even great. Since my time here, they have gotten rid of entire departments, turnover rate is high, employees are disgruntled and they do not reward loyalty or hard work. There are things that upper management and executives do that are borderline fraudulent. If you are considering a position save yourself the stress and DO NOT APPLY. Please heed my warning.
