Not Great - Sales Care Access Employee Review

Low pay, extremely poor management. I was promised a promotion that never happened, and after 5 months of doing the work without the pay increase finally left. My pay never changed even though they told me it would (because of the promotion but also because of annual merit increase). You're expected to work quickly, but they work very slowly. Was also promised a performance review and never got it. They laid off half of the Sales team at the end of April and told them they would not get their Q1 bonus. No job security whatsoever.
