Horrible company - Anonymous employee Care Access Employee Review

Horrible upper management team, they do not care about their employees, if you disagree with their process you'll be fired rather than be asked your reasoning. Very political, you only get promoted if you're friends with upper management, your hardwork and dedication takes you no where.
