No training, poor management, and lack of leadership - Research Coordinator Care Access Employee Review

Employees were basically left on their own with poor management and lack of leadership. Your supervisor would expect you to know what to do , asking for further instructions will make him think you're dumb then make you feel awful! I don't know where to place myself here to be honest.
