Your career growth will not come at Care Access. The leadership directive is to take on as many projects as possible with little direction. Pay raises are a standard 3% year after year regardless of increased responsibilities or title 'promotions'. Levels below manager do not get bonuses or fair raises however the leaders that are over working their teams are benefiting from their teams accomplishments.
