Incompetent Managers Create Chaotic Situations Too Often - Anonymous Employee Care Access Employee Review

The managers were the worst aspect of working at Care Access. They were terrible leaders doing a poor job. The often messed up schedules, expected us to chase insane deadlines, and work brutally stressful hours. The inter-departmental communication was also horrible, which added to the chaos.
