Pros

Uniforms provided, wage was ok, enjoyed most of my co-workers & loved the residents

Cons

Constantly getting called off, management definitely plays favorites, extremely high rate of turnover in staff in ALL DEPTS, paychecks were always wrong, rarely ever got breaks, they feed their residents generic Little Debbie type snacks for snacktime, meals for the residents are absolutely pathetic, esp considering the cost of their stay

Pros

Company owns all it's buildings, so no management company, and they have never sold any buildings. Everyone in the company just got a holiday bonus, and they are financially super stable. It's been years since I've even seen that after COVID, so it's really nice to see the company give back, especially in this economy. Very strong leadership team with a lot of great initiatives going on. I am new, but in the time I've been here we started paying for LPN's to complete their RN, work with local schools to help develop training programs and inspire future healthcare professionals of tomorrow,

Cons

There are a lot of things going on, and a lot of staffing ups and downs, but that's most healthcare companies today. Even though they struggle, it seems like they really do try to get creative to find solutions and the CEO and COO are regularly in and out of our buildings giving support where they can.
